Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented frontend developer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of UI/UX design, excellent coding skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. This role requires both technical expertise and leadership capabilities to deliver high-quality web applications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications.

2. Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, scalable code.

3. Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to implement features.

4. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.

5. Understand project requirements, documentation and deliver accordingly.

6. Handle client interactions, gather feedback, and provide technical insights.

7. Guide and mentor junior developers and manage frontend tasks within the team.

8. Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design aesthetics.

2. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootsstrap and JavaScript with latest version.

3. Hands-on experience with modern frameworks like React.js and Next.js.

4. Experience with responsive design, performance optimization, and browser compatibility.

5. Good understanding of project documentation and requirement analysis.

6. Strong communication skills with experience in client handling.

7. Ability to lead, manage, and mentor team members.

8. Familiarity with version control tools like Git

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with state management tools (Redux, Context API, etc.).

2. Knowledge of API integration and RESTful services.

3. Understanding of SEO best practices and web performance metrics.

4. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
