Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Floor Manager (Night Shift) to join our dynamic team at a leading security company in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be accountable for managing the floor operations during night hours, supervising staff, maintaining discipline, and ensuring smooth and safe operations. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage floor activities during the night shift to ensure efficient operations.

• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance.

• Coordinate between night teams and HR/Management for timely reporting and updates.

• Handle any on-site incidents or emergency situations with prompt action and proper documentation.

• Ensure implementation of security protocols and adherence to company policies.

• Assist with scheduling and allocation of manpower as per operational needs.

• Conduct floor inspections and submit daily reports to HR/management.

• Resolve minor operational issues and escalate major concerns to the concerned authority.
  

• It is a Full Time IT / Software / Data Analyst job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
