ERP executive/ MIS

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive ERP Executive to manage, support, and maintain the company’s ERP system. The candidate will coordinate with different departments, ensure smooth ERP operations, generate reports, troubleshoot issues, and assist in system implementation and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily ERP operations and user support.

• Monitor ERP system performance and resolve functional issues.

• Coordinate with departments like Purchase, Production, Sales, Accounts, HR, and Stores for ERP-related activities.

• Create and maintain master data such as item codes, BOM, vendor data, customer data, and employee records.

• Generate MIS reports, stock reports, production reports, and sales analysis reports from ERP.

• Ensure proper data accuracy and timely system updates.

• Train employees on ERP usage and process compliance.

• Coordinate with ERP vendors or software support teams for technical issues and upgrades.

• Assist in ERP implementation, customization, and process automation projects.

• Maintain documentation related to ERP processes and workflows.

• Support inventory management, production planning, and order tracking through ERP.

• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP systems.

• Good understanding of business processes and data management.

• Strong MS Excel and reporting skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in BCA, BSc IT, BCom, BBA, or related field.

• ERP certification will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in ERP handling or ERP support role.

• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.

• It is a Full Time IT / Software / Data Analyst job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
