  • Manage & maintain ERP systems to ensure optimal performance.

  • Plan and execute ERP projects, including upgrades, integrations, and module rollouts.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and resolve bugs, data errors, and user problems.

  • Provide technical support & user training across departments.

  • Collaborate with finance, HR, operations, and other teams to align ERP with business workflows.

  • Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP environment.

  • Implement enhancements and upgrades to improve system efficiency.

  • Prepare system performance reports and monitor usage.

  • Support integration of new modules.
