Job Title: ERP Executive
Location: Alwarpet, Chennai
Experience: 0–2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a point of contact between internal departments and the ERP vendor
Collect, understand, and document requirements from different teams
Clearly communicate requirements to the vendor for development
Track development progress and follow up with the vendor regularly
Perform testing of ERP modules after development
Identify bugs/issues and coordinate with the vendor for resolution
Re-test the system after fixes to ensure smooth functionality
Ensure final delivery meets the organization’s requirements
Provide ERP training to new and existing employees
Explain system usage, assigned screens, and workflows to users
Support teams in day-to-day ERP-related queries
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (IT / Computer Science)
Basic understanding of ERP systems and workflows
Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
Strong communication and coordination skills
