Job Summary

The E-commerce Catalog Executive is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing product listings on online marketplaces and company websites. The role ensures accurate product information, high-quality content, and compliance with platform guidelines to drive visibility, conversions, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Create and upload product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.)
Manage end-to-end cataloging including titles, descriptions, images, attributes, and pricing
Ensure product data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with marketplace standards
Optimize listings using SEO-friendly keywords to improve search rankings
Coordinate with photography, design, and content teams for product images and creatives
Handle bulk uploads, category mapping, and attribute updates
Monitor and resolve listing issues such as suppressions, errors, or rejections
Update inventory, variants (size, color), and product availability
Analyze catalog performance and suggest improvements
Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams
Maintain product data sheets and internal records
