Job Description: Account Manager – E-commerce (Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee and manage our seller accounts on Meesho, Amazon, and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing product listings, optimizing performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and operate seller accounts on Meesho, Amazon, and Flipkart.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords).
• Monitor account health and ensure compliance with platform policies.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts.
• Analyze sales data, traffic, and performance metrics to improve conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Handle pricing strategies and competitor analysis.
• Manage returns, refunds, and customer queries efficiently.
• Work on catalog expansion and onboarding new products.
• Ensure timely stock updates and inventory planning.
• Generate reports and provide actionable insights to management.
Key Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of Meesho, Amazon Seller Central, and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Good understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace algorithms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
