Ecommerce Account Manager

We are looking for an Ecommerce Account Manager to manage and grow our online marketplace business. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of ecommerce portals, product listings, inventory, pricing, order management, Excel, and basic Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ecommerce accounts on Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, Tata CLiQ, and other marketplaces

• Create and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, specifications, keywords, images, and pricing

• Handle bulk listing and catalogue uploads using Excel templates

• Manage inventory, stock updates, pricing, discounts, and promotions

• Monitor daily orders, sales, returns, cancellations, and account performance

• Resolve listing errors, suppressed/inactive listings, inventory issues, and portal-related problems

• Coordinate for order processing, invoicing, dispatch, and stock availability

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports

• Analyse SKU-wise sales and identify fast-moving and slow-moving products

• Maintain accurate product and marketplace data

Photoshop – Basic to Intermediate

• Image resizing and cropping

• Basic product image editing

• Preparing images according to marketplace specifications

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1–5 years in Ecommerce Marketplace Management preferred

• Strong knowledge of listing, catalogue, inventory and order management

• Good command of Microsoft Excel

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with large amounts of product/SKU data

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to independently handle day-to-day ecommerce marketplace operations

Job Objective

The Ecommerce Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring that products are correctly listed, always updated, competitively priced, properly presented, and efficiently managed across all ecommerce marketplaces, while continuously working towards increasing online sales and improving account performance.

• It is a Full Time IT / Software / Data Analyst job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
