Role Overview We are looking for a tech-savvy and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to manage and optimize our Shopify store. The ideal candidate should have a technical background, be eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
1. Shopify Store Management Manage day-to-day Shopify store operations, including product listings, collections, pricing, and inventory updates. Ensure website content is accurate, updated, and aligned with business requirements.
2. Product & Catalog Management Create and maintain product listings with accurate descriptions, images, variants, and specifications. Ensure product data is organized and updated across the store.
3. Shopify Reporting & Analytics Generate regular Shopify reports on sales, traffic, conversions, and store performance. Analyze key metrics and share actionable insights to improve business performance.
4. App Management & Integrations Manage Shopify apps and support third-party app integrations. Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with vendors or developers when required.
5. Website Maintenance & Optimization Update website banners, collections, and promotional content in coordination with internal teams. Monitor website performance and ensure a seamless customer experience across devices.
6. WordPress Management Manage and update WordPress pages, blogs, and website content. Perform basic website maintenance and coordinate content updates.
7. Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with design, marketing, operations, and customer support teams to execute business initiatives. Support new feature rollouts, website enhancements, and process improvements. Requirements B.Tech or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or any technical discipline. Basic knowledge of Shopify, WordPress, and e-commerce operations. Familiarity with product creation, Shopify reporting, and app integrations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
