We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintain IT systems. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

✅ Desktop & Laptop Troubleshooting

✅ Windows OS Installation & Configuration

✅ Hardware & Software Support

✅ Printer Installation & Troubleshooting

✅ Basic Networking Support (LAN/Wi-Fi)

✅ User Support & Issue Resolution

✅ System Maintenance & Updates

Requirements:

✔ 6 Months to 1 Year Experience in Desktop Support

✔ Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems

✔ Basic Networking Knowledge

✔ Good Communication Skills

✔ Ability to Troubleshoot Hardware & Software Issues
