Job Description

L1 End User Support Engineer

  • Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

  • Configure and support printers, scanners, webcams, and other peripherals.

  • Install and configure standard business applications (MS Office, Outlook, Teams, VPN, browsers, etc.).

  • Join systems to the domain and troubleshoot login issues.

  • Handle password resets and user access requests.

  • Provide remote and onsite support to end users.

  • Perform basic LAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the L2 team.

  • Maintain asset inventory and update service tickets.
