Job Description

Requirement :

Role : Desktop Support Engineer

Location : Mumbai

INTERVIEW MODE : F2F

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems

• Resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues

• Configure Outlook, emails, printers, and user systems

• Handle LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting and basic networking support

• Install antivirus, drivers, and required applications

• Maintain IT asset records and support tickets

Required Skills

• Knowledge of desktop hardware and Windows OS

• Basic networking knowledge (IP Address, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN)

• Understanding of printer and peripheral troubleshooting

• Good communication and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work in rotational shifts if required
