Job Description

We are looking for talented and motivated Trainers/Faculty who are passionate about teaching and mentoring students in Data Analytics, Data Science & AI, and C Programming.

Our students include final-year Science & Engineering students, fresh graduates, and working IT professionals who join our programs to develop industry-ready skills and build successful careers.

If you have a flair for teaching, strong technical knowledge, and a passion for mentoring students, you would be a great fit for our team.

Minimum Requirements

1. Graduate in Science/Engineering – B.Sc., B.E., B.Tech. or equivalent.

2. Prior experience as a Data Science/Data Analytics Trainer or Faculty is preferred.

3. Strong teaching ability in:

- Python & Python Libraries

- MySQL/SQL

- Power BI

- Advanced Excel

- C Programming

4. Knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Generative AI, NLP will be an added advantage.

5. Ability to conduct mock interviews and prepare students for industry placements.

6. Conduct tests/assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.

7. Mentor students on Capstone Projects based on real-world problem statements.

8. Follow existing content delivery protocols and contribute to the development of new and evolving course topics.

9. Conduct both offline and online training sessions.

10. Strong communication, presentation, and student-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging, practical, and industry-oriented training sessions.

- Provide hands-on exercises, assignments, and real-world examples.

- Resolve student doubts and provide individual mentoring.

- Track student progress and provide regular feedback.

- Guide students in projects and interview preparation.

- Continuously update knowledge with emerging technologies and industry trends.
