Research Study Support Intern
Project: KSN Impact Evaluation & SROI Study
Duration: 4–6 months
Location: On-site
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Reporting to: Project Lead
About the Role
Join the team as a Research Study Support Intern and gain hands-on experience in impact evaluation, social research, survey management, and data analysis. You will work closely with the project team to support the collection, organisation, and analysis of research data that contributes to understanding programme outcomes and social impact.
Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation and testing of questionnaires and digital survey forms.
Assist with telephone and online interviews and accurately record responses.
Maintain survey progress trackers and ensure timely data collection.
Review and clean datasets by identifying missing, duplicate, or incorrect entries.
Prepare organised Excel/CSV datasets for analysis.
Develop basic summary tables, charts, and data insights.
Maintain accurate documentation and project records.
Ensure confidentiality, informed consent, and adherence to safeguarding requirements.
Who We’re Looking For
Graduate or postgraduate students in Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Education, Management, or related fields.
Interest in research, data, impact assessment, or the social sector.
Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Good communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information responsibly.
