Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Interns who are eager to start their careers in the IT industry. This role offers structured training, hands-on project exposure, and a clear pathway to a permanent Work From Home position based on performance.

Internship Structure:

First 3 Months: Unpaid Internship (Training & Learning Phase)
Next 3 Months: Paid Internship (Stipend Provided)
Post Internship: Permanent WFH role based on performance
CTC: Performance-based (discussed at confirmation stage)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in software development, testing, or IT support activities
Work on assigned tasks/projects under team guidance
Learn and apply technical concepts and tools
Debug and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Maintain documentation and follow project guidelines
Collaborate with team members remotely and meet deadlines

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers only
Any Degree with Computer/IT background mandatory
Basic knowledge of programming, software, or IT concepts
Willingness to learn new technologies
