Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data / Business Analyst to analyze business data, create insightful reports, and support decision-making across Sales, E-commerce, Inventory, Finance, and Operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience with Excel, Power BI, SQL, and the ability to transform raw data into meaningful business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business, sales, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and business performance reports.
- Monitor e-commerce and marketplace performance across multiple sales channels.
- Track inventory, stock movement, vendor performance, and supply chain data.
- Support sales forecasting, profitability analysis, and business planning.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain clean, reliable databases.
- Automate reports and improve reporting processes using Power BI, Excel, SQL, or other tools.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and IT teams to provide actionable insights.
- Present analytical reports and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
