Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, analyse, and interpret data to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Excel, data visualisation, and reporting, with the ability to identify trends and generate meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Create dashboards and reports using Excel or Power BI.
Monitor KPIs and identify business trends.
Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Generate reports for management and different departments.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
Maintain databases and update records regularly.
Provide actionable insights to improve business performance.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIFS, Charts).
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic understanding of data cleaning and reporting.
Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, BCA, B.Sc. (IT), B.Tech, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience with Google Sheets is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Python (Pandas) is a plus.
