Data Analyst / Business Analyst Intern

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst who can manage, analyses, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The candidate should be strong in Excel, comfortable with databases, and capable of using Python and BI tools for reporting and insights.

Key Responsibilities

·       Collect, clean, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.

·       Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

·       Create dashboards and reports using MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts, Graphs).

·       Perform data analysis using advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, etc.

·       Use Python (Pandas, basic data analysis) for data cleaning, analysis, and automation.

·       Write and execute intermediate to advance SQL queries to extract data.

·       Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.

·       Coordinate with internal teams to understand data requirements and provide insights.

Key Skills & Requirements

·       Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts, Graphs, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).

·       Strong experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.

·       Python for data analysis and reporting automation (Pandas preferred).

·       Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and querying.

·       Good to Have - Power BI / Tableau for data visualization 

·       Good typing speed with high accuracy.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

·       Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
