Data Analyst / Business Analyst Intern

We are looking for a Data Analyst / Business Analyst Intern to join our team at at Pulse Telesystems Private Limited, contributing to software, data, or IT system development and support. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and a chance to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account & Customer Management

2. Handle account creation, hold, and disconnection processes.

3. Manage new connection updates and maintain customer records.

4. Maintain and monitor demo accounts.

5. Provide renewal confirmations and track renewal accounts.

   Billing & Financial Operations

   1. Manage reseller balances and recharge activities.

   2. Process recharges and maintain recharge history.

   3. Perform fund transfers between accounts.

   4. Generate and share PTT balance reports with clients.

   5. Monitor portal billing activities.

   Reporting & Analytics

   1.Generate and maintain operational reports including: Total active accounts report for renewal

   2. Perform SIP file maintenance and configuration updates.

   3. Monitor system connectivity and routing operations.

   Required Skills

   1. Knowledge of VoIP / Telecom operations

   2. Understanding of CDR reports and telecom billing

   3. Experience with SIP routing and telecom platforms

   4. Strong analytical and reporting skills

   5. Good communication and coordination abilities

   6. Proficiency in Excel and telecom portals

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, or related field

1–3 years of experience in VoIP, telecom operations, or NOC support

• It is a Full Time IT / Software / Data Analyst job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
