Job Description:
We are hiring a Data Analyst responsible for maintaining MIS reports and developing department-wise dashboards for a staffing company. The role involves data consolidation, KPI tracking, and generating actionable insights for management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS reports
Prepare department-wise dashboards (Recruitment, Operations, Sales, HR, Finance)
Track KPIs: Deployment, Active/Inactive headcount, Billing, Attrition, Offer vs Joining ratio
Create automated reports using Excel / Google Sheets / Power BI
Ensure data accuracy and validation
Support leadership with performance analysis reports
Required Skills:
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IFS, Power Query)
Google Sheets (IMPORTRANGE, QUERY)
Dashboard creation skills
Strong analytical & problem-solving ability
