Zoho Operations Specialist (CRM & Books – Implementation & Management)
We are looking for a Zoho Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing Zoho systems, specifically Zoho CRM and Zoho Books. This is not a sales role — we need someone who has worked on the backend, setup, automation, and daily operations of Zoho applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and administer Zoho CRM and Zoho Books (end-to-end)
Configure modules, workflows, automation, and custom fields in Zoho CRM
Handle invoicing, billing, collections, and financial data in Zoho Books
Maintain data accuracy, data structure
Build reports, dashboards, and MIS for business tracking
Ensure smooth coordination between CRM, accounts, and operations
Identify process gaps and improve system efficiency through automation
Support daily operations and troubleshoot Zoho-related issues
Required Skills & Experience:
2–5 years of hands-on experience working with Zoho CRM & Zoho Books
Proven experience in Zoho implementation / configuration (not just usage)
Strong knowledge of workflows, automation, and integrations in Zoho
Experience in data management, reporting, and system optimization
Basic understanding of accounting processes (invoicing, collections, etc.)
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (accounts, ops, management)
