Manage and monitor company sales employees' hourly productivity reports and performance data.
Track employee productivity, attendance, and sales performance on an hourly basis.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports for management.
Analyze sales and productivity data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Create and maintain dashboards using Excel, SQL, or Power BI for real-time performance tracking.
Ensure data accuracy by validating and updating productivity records.
Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, and HR teams to provide actionable insights.
Generate MIS reports and present key performance metrics to senior management.
Support management in making data-driven decisions to improve team productivity and operational efficiency.
Maintain confidential employee performance records and ensure data integrity.
