About the Role

NextGen Manpower Solutions is hiring Punjabi Data Annotators for an AI-based handwritten text recognition project. The role involves reviewing handwritten Punjabi text in images, drawing accurate bounding boxes around text regions, and validating annotation quality to help train advanced AI models.

Freshers and interns are encouraged to apply. Complete task-based training will be provided before project onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Review image batches containing handwritten Punjabi text.

- Draw accurate bounding boxes around handwritten text regions.

- Verify and validate annotation quality as per project guidelines.

- Identify and report unclear, illegible, or incorrect annotations.

- Maintain high accuracy and productivity targets.

- Follow annotation guidelines and QA feedback.

- Report platform or task-related issues to the project lead.

Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: 10+2 or above.

- Native or fluent reading and writing skills in Punjabi.

- Basic English communication skills.

- Good attention to detail.

- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on web-based tools.

- Freshers and interns are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Punjabi handwritten scripts.

- Prior experience in data annotation, image labeling, or proofreading is an added advantage.

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced AI project environment.
