Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong Microsoft Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for data accuracy. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely updates of records.
Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather and validate information.
Present findings and reports clearly to stakeholders.
Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.
Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- IF formulas
- Charts and Graphs
- Data Cleaning and Sorting
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
Familiarity with Google Sheets.
Knowledge of Power BI or SQL will be an added advantage (not mandatory).

Experience

Freshers are welcome to apply.
2-4 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS, or a similar role is preferred.
