We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to streamline our shop-floor and operational data collection processes. In this role, you will build data entry workflows using Google Sheets, write custom JavaScript / Google Apps Script to extract and merge data from multiple files into a centralized master database, and build interactive dashboards to monitor manufacturing metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Data Capture & Entry Workflows: Design and manage standardized Google Sheets forms and templates to capture daily production logs, raw material usage, inventory levels, and quality metrics across departments.
Scripting & Automation: Write custom JavaScript (Google Apps Script) to extract data from multiple separate spreadsheets/files and automatically consolidate it into a single central location.
Dashboard Design: Build clean, real-time operational dashboards (using Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or Power BI) to give management visibility into shop-floor performance and production KPIs.
Data Cleansing & Validation: Audit incoming manufacturing data to ensure accuracy, eliminate duplicate entries, and fix broken formulas or script errors.
