Customer Engagement: Manage inbound and outbound communications, ensuring a high-quality experience for clients.
Trilingual Support: Fluidly communicate with stakeholders in English, Hindi, and Bengali to resolve queries and build rapport.
Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases with 100% accuracy.
Reporting: Generate daily and weekly reports to track customer satisfaction, issues, and resolutions.
Problem Solving: Identify customer pain points and coordinate with internal teams to provide timely solutions.
Language Mastery: Absolute fluency (written and spoken) in English, Hindi, and Bengali is mandatory.
Advanced Excel Skills: You must be comfortable handling large datasets. Proficiency in the following is required:
Lookup Functions: (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)
Data Summarization: Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts.
Logical Formulas: SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF, IF statements.
Data Cleaning: Text-to-columns, removing duplicates, and data validation.
Empathetic Communicator: You listen actively and can explain complex information simply.
Detail-Oriented: You enjoy "diving into the data" and ensuring every row in a spreadsheet is correct.
