Enter daily operational/business data into systems and spreadsheets
Maintain accurate databases and records
Verify and clean incorrect or duplicate data
Update and manage master sheets regularly
Organize files, reports, and documentation systematically
Ensure data confidentiality and security
Analyse data trends and performance metrics
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Create dashboards and summaries for management
Identify patterns, gaps, and improvement areas
Support decision-making using structured data insights
Track KPIs and performance indicators
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Basic understanding of formulas (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF, COUNT, SUM)
Good analytical and numerical ability
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage large datasets
Basic reporting & documentation skills
Time management and organization skills
Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau (basic)
Basic SQL knowledge
Experience in MIS reporting
Previous experience in data entry or operations
