Job Description

We are hiring! Urgent requirement for an Implementation Specialist for a leading IT Software Logistic Company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the software deployment phase.

• Understand client workflows and configure the logistics/transport management software accordingly.

• Conduct system testing and Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure smooth deployment.

• Provide comprehensive training and hands-on support to users and clients.

• Handle documentation, problem-solving, and coordinate between clients and the technical team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech, BCA, BSc IT, or equivalent).

• 1 to 3 years of experience in software implementation or technical support.

• Good understanding of SQL queries, basic testing, and Advanced Excel.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Comfort with traveling to client locations if required for deployment.
