Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

• Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)

• Develop blog posts, newsletters, and marketing materials aligned with Course Connect's brand voice

• Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules

Social Media Marketing

• Monitor and manage Course Connect's social media presence across multiple platforms

• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner

• Research and implement trending hashtags and social media best practices

• Track social media metrics and prepare performance reports

Digital Campaign Support

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns

• Support email marketing initiatives including newsletter creation and distribution

• Help with Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaign setup and monitoring

• Conduct competitor analysis and market research

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and other tracking tools

• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports

• Analyze campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion metrics

SEO & Content Optimization

• Assist with basic SEO tasks including keyword research and content optimization

• Help maintain and update website content

• Support link-building initiatives and local SEO efforts
