Help identify common web security risks such as broken authentication, insecure configurations, exposed information, and improper access controls.
Conduct basic security testing using authorised tools and techniques in company-owned environments.
Help review security logs and identify unusual patterns or activities that may require further investigation.
Assist in maintaining security checklists, vulnerability reports, incident records, and documentation.
Help identify opportunities to improve website, application, database, and backend security practices.
Research emerging cybersecurity threats and security best practices relevant to CRM and SaaS platforms.
Assist in implementing basic security hygiene measures such as strong authentication, access control, secure configuration, backups, and credential management.
Work with the technical team to follow up on identified vulnerabilities and verify whether corrective measures have been implemented.
