Good to have ✓ Experience in Core Tech Support Projects, 6+ months of experience in infra, Storage, Service Desk ✓ Experience in Product troubleshooting, resolving issue/tickets ✓ Knowledge of any Ticketing tool, ITIL knowledge ✓ Experience in operating in Hyperscaler environment (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) ✓ Knowledge and hands-on experience in supporting Google / Microsoft products ✓ Google Workspace Administrator certification / Microsoft certifications
Upto 5.5 lakhs CTC as per the skillset & experience at the time of interview.
