Job Description

Handle incoming leads and dealer inquiries.

Coordinate dealer registration and onboarding for our cloud AI software platform.

Manage dealer bookings and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Follow up with potential and existing dealers to ensure timely conversions.

Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for onboarding, activation, and issue resolution.

Maintain daily reports of leads, bookings, follow-ups, and conversions.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers and business partners.

Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the onboarding process.
