We are looking for a CRM Consultant to join our team at at Lt Elevator Limited, . This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹20000 and a chance to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships and handle customer queries/complaints.
Coordinate with sales, installation, maintenance, and service teams.
Track service requests, breakdowns, complaints, and resolution status.
Follow up with customers regarding AMC, payments, renewals, and pending issues.
Maintain accurate customer records, communication history, and service data.
Prepare CRM reports and monitor customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely response and resolution of customer concerns.
Support customer retention and develop long-term relationships.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6 years of experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer handling, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to coordinate with Sales, Installation, Maintenance, and Service teams.
Good documentation, reporting, and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple customer requests and meet deadlines
