Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Operator with strong knowledge of billing, accounts, and day-to-day computer operations. The candidate should be comfortable handling software, maintaining records, and supporting business operations in the marble and stone industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate billing invoices and manage daily sales entries
Prepare and manage E-way bills accurately
Maintain ledger entries and basic accounting records
Handle purchase and sales data entry
Work on Excel (A to Z knowledge required) including reports, formulas, and data management
Maintain stock and inventory records (marble/stone materials)
Coordinate with accounts team for basic financial tasks
Manage emails, documents, and office software efficiently
Ensure proper filing and documentation (digital + physical)

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced preferred)
Good understanding of billing software & E-way bill system
Basic knowledge of accounts & ledger management
Proficiency in computer operations (A to Z knowledge)
Familiarity with marble/stone industry processes (preferred)
Good typing speed and accuracy
Basic communication skills

Qualifications:

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Commerce preferred)
Experience: 1–3 years in similar role preferred
