We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Staff member to manage daily administrative and operational tasks at our LPG distributorship. The candidate will play a key role in handling customer interactions, delivery coordination, and record management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries (walk-in, phone calls, WhatsApp)
Maintain daily booking and delivery records
Coordinate with delivery boys for cylinder distribution
Update and manage customer database / registers / software
Assist in billing, cash handling, and basic accounting
Maintain stock records of cylinders
Handle KYC documentation and verification
Prepare daily reports and summaries
Ensure smooth office operations and coordination
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, WhatsApp, typing)
Good communication skills (Hindi/English/local language)
Ability to handle customers politely
Basic numerical and record-keeping skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized
