📋 Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Computer Operator to handle day-to-day computer-based activities, data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.

The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage data accurately. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining digital records, preparing documents, updating information, and supporting routine office operations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain data in computer systems and spreadsheets.

• Prepare, format, and maintain documents using Microsoft Word or similar applications.

• Maintain records, files, reports, and other office documentation.

• Use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and record management.

• Verify information for accuracy and correct data-entry errors.

• Manage digital files and organize documents systematically.

• Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, and document-related tasks as required.

• Maintain the confidentiality of company information and records.

• Support daily administrative and computer-related activities.

• Coordinate with team members to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

• Perform other computer-related duties as assigned.
