We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Executive cum Computer Operator who can handle both sales activities and basic computer operations. The candidate will be responsible for generating business, maintaining client relationships, and managing day-to-day office data and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Executive Role:
Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, visits, and references
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare and present product/service information to clients
Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales
Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions
Computer Operator Role:
Handle daily data entry and maintain records in systems
Prepare quotations, invoices, and reports
Manage emails, documents, and office files
Operate MS Office (Excel, Word) efficiently
Maintain database accuracy and update records regularly
Support administrative and back-office tasks
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Sales and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic knowledge of internet and email handling
