The operator will assist citizens in availing various online services, ensure accurate data entry, document handling, and timely service delivery as per government guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Operate CSC, Aaple Sarkar, and other government service portalsProvide services such as certificates, applications, renewals, corrections, and online formsVerify client documents and ensure correct data entryScan, upload, and manage documents properlyCollect service charges and maintain daily recordsFollow up on pending applications and updatesAssist customers politely and professionallyMaintain confidentiality of customer dataCoordinate with office staff and report daily work statusRequired Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)Basic knowledge of computers, internet, scanning, printingExperience in CSC / Aaple Sarkar services preferredAbility to read and write English & Marathi (Hindi preferred)Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, EmailGood communication and customer-handling skillsExperience:0–2 years (Freshers with training can also apply)Working Hours:As per office timingSalary:As per experience and performanceReporting To:Office Manager / Admin – Swara Maha E-Seva
