Key Responsibilities
Monitor and operate computer systems, servers, and office equipment.
Manage data entry tasks with accuracy and speed.
Maintain system logs, files, and daily operational records.
Generate reports (Excel, Word, PDF) as required.
Perform routine backups and data restoration tasks.
Install, update, and troubleshoot basic software/hardware issues.
Assist the IT/Operations team with technical tasks.
Ensure system availability and timely resolution of user issues.
Maintain confidentiality and data security.
Coordinate with different departments for documentation and system support.
📚 Required Skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware & software.
Ability to manage files, folders, and databases.
Understanding of email tools (Outlook/Gmail).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
