Job Summary:

We are looking for a Computer Operator with good computer knowledge, strong internet usage skills, and basic communication abilities. The candidate will be responsible for managing e-commerce platforms, updating product information, handling data, and coordinating leads with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle company e-commerce platforms

• Regularly update product details on online portals

• Share leads with the concerned team members on time

• Perform daily computer-related office tasks

• Maintain data and records using Excel and system software

• Use the internet efficiently to search for required information

• Handle inbound and outbound calls (basic) for lead follow-up

• Prepare basic reports as per senior instructions

• Organize digital files and maintain proper documentation

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

• Strong computer handling ability

• Good internet browsing and online search skills

• Basic calling and communication skills

• Teamwork and coordination skills

• Basic email handling knowledge

Qualification:

• Graduate preferred

• Basic computer courses preferred

Experience:

• Fresher or 1 year experience in a similar role preferred
