Job Description

We are looking for a Computer Operator who can efficiently handle data entry, system operations, and basic office IT tasks. The ideal candidate should be accurate, organized, and comfortable working with computers and standard office software.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, update, and maintain data in computer systems and databases.
Operate computer systems and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.).
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Manage files, records, and documentation (soft & hard copies).
Assist in preparing emails, letters, and office documents.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Perform basic troubleshooting of system or software issues and report to IT support.
Support administrative and departmental tasks as required.
