Core Responsibilities
System Monitoring: Actively track server performance, check for error messages, and ensure batch jobs are processing successfully.
Hardware & Software Maintenance: Install software patches, set up new workstations, and perform preventive maintenance on computers and peripherals (like printers and scanners).
Data Management: Perform scheduled data backups to prevent information loss and organize electronic data in secure storage.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix basic software bugs, hardware failures, or network connectivity issues, escalating complex problems to the IT team.
User Support: Assist employees or clients with technical issues, system access, and software navigation.
Documentation: Keep accurate logs of system performance, equipment inventory, and maintenance requests
