JOB DESCRIPTION: MORTGAGE ANALYST

We are currently hiring for the below-mentioned position(s):

Designation: Mortgage Analyst

We are looking for the following skill sets in candidates:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/business administration/commerce

• Must have sound logical reasoning & aptitude.

• Excellent Verbal and Written communication

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Must be willing to work night shifts.

• Working knowledge of Windows OS & MS Office

• Should possess customer satisfaction orientation and a results-driven approach.

Roles & Responsibilities for Mortgage Analyst:

· Perform a general evaluation of an application (financial documents, Credit History, etc.)

· Gather all required documents & data from right sources

· Verify information and references by contacting the right sources

· Correct mistakes in loan applications and investigate inconsistencies

· Submit completed loan files with all conditions for final Underwriting review

· Act as point of contact between loan officers, underwriters, and the sales team

· Assist closing team during & post-closing of loan file on an "as needed" basis.

CTC Range: Between 1.80LPA to 2.40LPA

Selection Process:

• Interested Candidates will first appear for the Aptitude Test.

• Candidates with a score of 80% or more in the Aptitude Test are eligible to appear for a Personal Interview.
