URGENT HIRING – Computer Operator
Dynasty Law Firm, Advocates & Legal Consultants invites applications for the position of Computer Operator for its office in Surajmal Vihar, Delhi.
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience as a Computer Operator/Data Entry Operator.
Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good typing speed in English (Hindi typing will be an added advantage).
Proficient in internet browsing, email handling, PDF management, scanning, printing, and document formatting.
Ability to prepare, edit, and maintain office records and legal documents with accuracy.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Responsible, organized, and capable of handling multiple assignments efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
Drafting, formatting, and managing documents in MS Office.
Data entry and maintenance of digital records.
Preparing spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
Scanning, printing, photocopying, and PDF conversion of documents.
Managing emails, file organization, and electronic records.
Providing administrative and clerical support to the office.
