Computer Operator

Ariette Healthcare & Diagnostic is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data & Administrative Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and updating company information, handling emails and documentation, supporting billing activities, filling tenders, working on government portals, and assisting with day-to-day administrative operations.

The ideal candidate should be computer-savvy, accurate, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, update, and maintain company data and records accurately.

• Handle official emails, correspondence, and documentation.

• Prepare and submit tenders and quotations as required.

• Manage work related to government portals, registrations, submissions, and online documentation.

• Assist with billing, invoices, challans, and related documentation.

• Verify data, identify errors or discrepancies, and make necessary corrections.

• Maintain and organize physical as well as digital records for easy retrieval.

• Prepare reports, statements, and summaries for internal use.

• Coordinate with different departments and assist with administrative requirements.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups.

• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

• Perform other administrative and data-management duties as required.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Diploma

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email, and internet applications.

• Experience with tenders, government portals, billing, or documentation will be an advantage.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
