Job Title: 3D Character Modeller
Experience : (1-4 )years (production experience required)
Role Overview
We are looking for a talented 3D Character Modeller to create high-quality, production-ready characters for 3D Print, cinematics, or animation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong anatomy knowledge, clean topology practices, and excellent sculpting and texturing skills.
Key Responsibilities
-Create high-quality realistic or stylized character models from concept art or references.
-Develop high-poly sculpts and optimized low-poly meshes.
-Ensure proper edge flow suitable for animation and deformation
-Create clean and efficient UV layouts.
-Produce high-quality texture maps (skin, clothing, accessories).
-Work closely with rigging, texturing, and look-dev teams.
-Maintain naming conventions and pipeline standards.
-Iterate based on art direction and feedback.
-Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality.
Required Skills
-Strong expertise in ZBrush for sculpting.
-Proficiency in Blender / Maya for modelling and retopo.
-Excellent understanding of:
-Human anatomy & proportions
-Facial topology
-Edge flow for deformation
-Cloth basics
