Job Overview
We are looking for a Head of Business Operations to work directly with the CEO and manage business operations, improve team performance, and help the company grow.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily business operations and coordinate with different teams.
Monitor sales, marketing, and customer support performance.
Improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
Create SOPs and improve business processes.
Track team performance, targets, and KPIs.
Manage projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Prepare reports and share updates with the CEO.
Required Skills
4–8 years of relevant experience in Business Operations, Operations Management, or Founder’s Office.
Experience in IT, SaaS, cloud hosting, or technology companies is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of sales, marketing, customer support, and process improvement.
Ability to manage teams and achieve business targets.
MBA preferred.
