Business Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and developers to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring successful project delivery and process improvements.

## Key Responsibilities

* Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear specifications.

* Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and use cases.

* Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and gap analysis.

* Work closely with development, QA, and product teams throughout the project lifecycle.

* Assist in solution design and validate that delivered solutions meet business expectations.

* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and coordinating with business users.

* Analyse business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

* Track project requirements, changes, and documentation using project management tools.

* Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders as required.

## Required Skills

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and documentation.

* Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.

* Familiarity with SQL for basic data analysis is preferred.

* Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

## Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

* 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

## Preferred Qualifications

* Understanding of SDLC and software development processes.

* Exposure to data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an advantage.

* Business Analysis certifications (ECBA, CCBA, or similar) are a plus.
