Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

Core Fundamentals (1-3 Years Experience):

Strong programming fundamentals (OOP, APIs, DB design, Git)
Hands-on experience in at least one stack:
• Frontend: React/Next.js/Vue.js
•Backend: Laravel/Node.js/Python/GoLang
•Mobile: Flutter/Native Apps
REST APIs + MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB basics
Curiosity to adopt AI coding tools (Cursor, Windsurf, etc.)
