Backend Developer / Backend Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain web/mobile applications using modern tech stacks

• Leverage AI tools to:

1. Write/improve code efficiently

2. Debug/refactor legacy projects

3. Generate test cases & documentation

4. Research libraries & optimization approaches

• Collaborate with senior developers for timely feature delivery

• Participate in code reviews and learn clean, scalable code structure

• Explore AI-powered development workflows to boost team productivity

Required Skills

Core Fundamentals (1-3 Years Experience):

• Strong programming fundamentals (OOP, APIs, DB design, Git)

• Hands-on experience in at least one stack:

  • Frontend: React/Next.js/Vue.js

  •Backend: Laravel/Node.js/Python/GoLang

  •Mobile: Flutter/Native Apps

• REST APIs + MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB basics

• Curiosity to adopt AI coding tools (Cursor, Windsurf, etc.)

• Problem-solving and logical thinking mindset

Preferred Skills

• LangChain/OpenAI APIs/RAG/AI agents

• AI for documentation/code generation/testing

• Personal projects/open-source contributions

• Deployment: GitHub Actions/AWS/Vercel/DigitalOcean
