Backend Developer / Backend Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate PHP Full Stack Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in PHP development, along with experience in modern web technologies and frameworks. While exposure to Node.js and Python is desirable, solid PHP knowledge is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript.

• Build scalable backend systems and integrate APIs.

• Work with Laravel or other PHP frameworks to develop robust applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.

• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality standards.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

• Use Postman or similar tools for API testing and validation.

• Contribute to development tasks involving Node.js and Python (basic to intermediate level).

• Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) – requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements.

Required Skills:

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or related field.

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in PHP development (Mandatory).

• Strong proficiency in PHP (Core PHP & Laravel preferred), MySQL, JavaScript

• Working knowledge of Node.js.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python.

• Experience using Postman for API testing.

• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

• Understanding of REST APIs and backend integrations.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
